Delivery, Refunds & Returns
What is the delivery fee?
We have a free delivery offer running due to our launch but ordinarily, delivery costs are as follows;
- Ireland: €5.95
2-5 working days
- Northern Ireland / UK: €10
5-10 working days
How long will delivery take?
It will take 2-5 working days in Ireland and allow 5-10 working days for Northern Ireland/UK.
Can I track my delivery online?
An Post, our preferred delivery partner, provide a tracking number for your delivery which you will receive upon confirmation of your order.
What if my parcel gets lost?
We are allowing a 2-week waiting time before we fully replace a lost order. It should never take this long. In the unlikely event that you receive a notification of delivery but you don’t receive your parcel please contact us so we can investigate further.
Do you ship/deliver overseas?
Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss if you wish to order overseas.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging and sealed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address to send your package. Postage costs will not be covered by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What if my package arrived damaged or is not as supposed to be?
All of our orders are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if they get damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours and send us pictures of the broken/faulty items.
